Apple Colon Cleanse

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp honey (for sweetness)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds (ground is easier to digest than whole)

Directions:

  • Except the chia blend all ingredients together.
  • Into preferred drinking class pour contents of blender and stir in the chia.
  • Until the chia seeds have started expanding (approx. 5 minutes)keep stirring the drink.
