Quantities of Epsom salt that is recommended:
- People between 150-200 lbs: 2 cups

- People between 60-100 lbs: 1 cup
- Children under 60 lbs: ½ cup
For a relaxing bath you should add several teaspoons of baking soda or some drops of essential oils.
