2 tsps. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon powder
1 cup of oats
2 tbsps. honey
a pinch sea salt
4 tbsps. chia seeds
In a pot warm the water, vanilla and cinnamon until it boils then reduce heat and add the oats.
Remove from heat after it simmer for 5 minutes .
Let sit covered for 5 minutes.
Add salt and honey and stir well. Pour it into a bowl and add chia seeds while hot.
Add some fruit of your choice to improve the taste (an apple, a banana, strawberries…).
